I am running the 6K on the "Course des Heros", a fundraising run/walk for associations like  SPRINT France to support their causes. I want to participate because they do a very important work. Running makes me feel full of energy ! It also makes me feel challenged.

This race will help EKIPP (Extraordinary Kids in Paris...Parents too!) which partnered with SPRINT France to raise money to help families better adjust to Paris. SPRINT offers bursaries to EKIPP families in need to help cover the costs of of therapies, evaluations, respite care, and anything else relating to caring for a child with special needs. EKIPP has been a terrific organization in ongoing supporting, informing and organizing events for families like mine. This fundraising will enable EKIPP reach more families in need and expand their offerings!!
