WILLKOMMEN / WELCOME (English Version below)
Da ich mich nun nach einigen Jahren des ziellosen Umherlaufens entschieden habe, einen Marathon (28. Sept. 2014, Berlin) zu laufen, bat sich die Möglichkeit, dies mit einem guten Zweck zu verbinden. PLAN Deutschland unterstützt Kinder weltweit (z.B. mit Kinder-Patenschaften, sozialen Projekten ...) und da es meiner Familie und mir (so wie auch den meisten Lesern dieser Seite), recht gut geht (auf jeden Fall besser als wir häufig glauben), versuche ich auf diese Weise etwas Geld für einen guten Zweck zu sammeln. Ich verbinde also meine sportliche Herausforderung den Marathon zu laufen, mit dem Ziel etwas Gutes zu unterstützen...Ich freue mich über jeden, der mich bei dieser Aktion unterstützt. Jeder Euro hilft. Das konkete Projekt trägt den Namen : Wasser für Äthiopien und hat zum Ziel den Zugang zu sauberem Trinkwasser zu verbessern. ENGLISH Version
After running around (without defined target except keeping me in shape...) for a couple of years, I took the decision to take part in a Marathon (Sept. 28th 2014). In the same it was the opportunity to link this personal challenge with a charital purpose. As the situation for my family and myself is quite convenient (which is the truth for probably most or all of the readers of that page) I have decided to collect by running money for PLAN Deutschland, which is an organisation (its roots go back to 1937) that supports children all over the world with social projects. Plan offers the possibility to take a sponsorship for kids, supports the building of wells etc. Th eproject that I support is calles Water for Ethiopia and the money will support the building of wells, to improve the availability of drinking water. I look forward to any support on this and appreciate every Euro that will be donated for this purpose.Thanks in advance to all of you,
