The Philippines have been devastated by a typhoon. Medecins Sans Frontiers is there. They're in Syria, Sudan, Somali. Where there is human suffereing, MSF is there to heal.
In the US they go by Doctors Without Borders and even the NYTimes is encouraging people to give to them this week.
